Raised and still residing in Clinton County, Nicole Morrison has worked alongside the public in the Wilmington area for over 20 years. During this time she has developed a real appreciation for the businesses and individuals that make up her community. Most important to her is providing the most excellent services to Buyers and Sellers alike, in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, her church, and her horses.

I am a Clinton County native, resident of Wilmington and attend Sligo Baptist Church. I am a graduate of Waynesville High School where I participated in Basketball and Football. I am also a graduate of Wilmington College, where I majored in Business Finance, participated in Football and was involved in Athletes in Action. After college I briefly worked in banking before returning to my roots in Construction and Real Estate. I have built and own rental properties in Clinton County. I enjoy attending local sporting events, spending time outdoors, and traveling with my wife Kelsey. As a local, Realtor, Contractor and Custom Home Builder it’s my mission to help my clients love where they live. I often help tackle “fixer-upper‘s” and build Custom Homes. It’s very rewarding helping people acquire the home of their dreams, while also having the privilege of making my community a better place.

In addition to being a licensed real estate professional, Audrey Wagstaff is a Professor of Social Sciences and Communication Arts at Wilmington College, where she has been since 2015; she is also the Falcon Cheer Coach for Clinton Massie Local Schools and serves as the Secretary of the Mission Council of First Christian Church. Wagstaff earned a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Arts degree from Kent State University; she also holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Hiram College and a Master Journalism Educator Certification from the Journalism Education Association.

Audrey has been recognized for her teaching excellence by Ohio Magazine and the Strategic Ohio Council on Higher Education as well as being the Ohio Communication Association Distinguished Teacher of the Year in 2018. Audrey has completed several marathons and is a devoted mother to her Daughter, Maura, 12.
